Deputy Minister Thomas Says There Is No Offer Of Ministerial Position For Sri Mulyani In Prabowo Gibran's Cabinet
Deputy Minister of Finance (Wamenkeu) II Thomas Djiwandono explained that the meeting between Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani and President-elect Prabowo Subianto had no discussions or offers related to the ministerial position.
"Nothing. We don't give, there is no discussion at all about the position and what, be it between Mrs. Srimul and Mr. Prabowo or the whole Cabinet," he explained when met at the Ministry of Finance, Wednesday, September 11.
Thomas conveyed that the meeting discussed more about the substance of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) in the future.
Previously, Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani had met with Elected President Prabowo Subianto accompanied by Deputy Minister of Finance II who is also Prabowo's nephew, Thomas Djiwandono.
In the personal Instagram upload @smindrawati, Sri Mulyani explained that the meeting discussed the development of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) which was carried out from noon to evening.
"The first is regarding the implementation of the 2024 State Budget and its outlook which will be closed in December 2024 under the Elected President. Thus, he knows the details of the ongoing development of the APBN implementation," wrote the account @smindrawati, Monday, September 9.

The second discussion is the development of the discussion of the 2025 RAPBN Bill in the DPR and prebowo-elected President's directives regarding various proposed programs and budgets provided.
