1,500 Visitors Attend The Red And White Festival At The Indonesian Embassy In Ankara
JAKARTA - Around 1,500 visitors attended the Indonesian Festival which was held by the Indonesian Embassy in Ankara in celebration of the 79th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia on Sunday.
Held at Wisma Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia Ankara, this activity was attended by Indonesian citizens from various cities in Turkey, local citizens and foreigners from various countries called 'Friends of Indonesia.
"In the course of its history for 79 years after independence, Indonesia has achieved many things," said Indonesian Ambassador Achmad Rizal Purnama in his speech, launching a statement from the Indonesian Embassy in Ankara on September 9.
"Even so, we must continue to dream and work hard to achieve the 2045 Golden Indonesia Vision, where Indonesia will become a developed country that can guarantee the welfare of its people and also contribute to creating a new world order based on justice," he added.
Various events enliven this festival, such as sports matches, mini games typical of independence, Indonesian culinary bazaars, Indonesian cultural performances by the Indonesian Student Association from various cities in Turkey, as well as appearances from guest stars imported from Indonesia.
In addition, there is also an appearance from the Dangdut Star Academy Asia 6 from Turkey Pelin Asli and the Erdem and Kursat twins.
