PLN Nusantara Power Explores Cooperation With 9 German Companies
JAKARTA - PLN Nusantara Power has again opened up opportunities for cooperation with various German companies in the New and Renewable Energy (EBT) sector in Indonesia.
After successfully building and operating the Solar Power Plant (PLTS) of the Capital Nusantara (IKN), PLN NP received a direct visit by 9 delegations of German companies initiated by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) at the PLN NP strategic office on Wednesday, September 3.
PLN NUsantara Power President Director Ruly Firmansyah said some of these companies saw opportunities for cooperation and investment with PLN Nusantara Power, a subholding of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PT PLN) which has committed to advancing national energy infrastructure and plays an important role in ensuring reliable and sustainable electricity supply for IKN development, by integrating renewable energy sources and advanced technology to create a strong and environmentally friendly energy system.
"I would like to thank all delegates on this agenda to explore technological transformation in the electricity sector. We recognize an important role in supporting sustainable and very open energy solutions exploring opportunities for synergy, especially at the international level," said Ruly, Monday, September 9.
The Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection Andreas Z\"otl conveyed the intent and purpose of the delegation together with the Ekonid (Germany-Indonesian Trade Room).

"We see PLN Nusantara Power as a capable company in developing EBT in Indonesia. Through various EBT projects and international partnerships, PLN NP has succeeded in encouraging the energy transition to green energy and we are trying to open up opportunities for cooperation and investment in this field," said Andreas Z\"otl.
PLN Nusantara Power itself has succeeded in completing various green generating projects such as PLTS Terapung Cirata 192 MWp and PLTS 50 MW at IKN. PLN NP also has several green projects that are in process, such as PLTS Floating Karangkatas 100 MWp, PLTS Tembesi 35 MWp, Tanah Laut Bayu Power Plant (PLTB) 70 MW, and Batang Toru 510 MW Water Power Plant (PLTA).
