Disturbance E-Meterai Site, Peruri Sorry

JAKARTA - The official website for the purchase of electronic seal or e-meter belonging to Perum Peruri cannot be accessed by applicants for Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) 2024.

Just so you know, e-meterai requires CPNS applicants to be submitted to a number of documents.

Responding to this, Perum Perum Peruri's Head of Corporate Secretary Adi Sunardi apologized.

"Perri apologizes for the obstacles that occurred in the process of purchasing and restoring the electronic seal (e-seal), especially in the 2024 CASN registration process," said Adi Sunardi when confirmed by VOI, in Jakarta, Wednesday, September 4.

Adi explained that Peruri has increased infrastructure capacity and provided a special website for e-meterical purchases to accommodate the 2024 CASN registration needs.

However, continued Adi, due to the very high enthusiasm of the community in the last few days leading up to the closing of CASN registration, the e-meter service website experienced a surge in usage which resulted in quite a long queue for users who want to access e-meter services.

This condition, continued Adi, resulted in a slowdown in e-meter service through the website in question.

"Currently we are making our best efforts to restore the quality of the service so that the electronic seal website can function fully again by all CASN 2024 applicants," he said.

Previously, it was reported that prospective participants in the selection of prospective civil servants (CPNS) in 2024 flooded Instagram and X social media with complaints of e-meterai error. They complained that they could not buy e-meterai until the balance was cut but the e-meter could not be used.

Peruri's official Instagram was targeted by netizens to protest. Netizens are busy expressing their emotions in the Instagram comment column @peruri.indonesia.

One of them is an account with the name @bimatejakusuma. He admitted that he was confused because the people were forced to be digitally literate but the government system did not support it.

"People are forced to go digital, the system itself is not ready yet. It's funny," he wrote, quoted by VOI, Wednesday, September 4.

Other accounts were also submitted @fitriansyahbay. He said that in the era of digitalization buying e-meters, they were even in line. In fact, Peruri offers replacement but not 100 percent.

"Only in the 'digitalized' era, if you want to buy a stamp, you have to queue, out of stock, the store is closed for repairs, the goods have not been taken, that's how you are offered a refund but not 100 percent even though it's not our fault," he wrote.

Not only complaints about failing to buy e-meterai due to the error site, many netizens also complained that their money had been cut but the buyer's status was not detected on the purchase site.

"Min, I have bought an e-marith payment through qris and the balance has been cut but on the web the seal-electronics has not yet been deposited. How do you think? Helpdeskya doesn't work either," he wrote.
