Heartache Accused Of Stealing Chili, Farmers In Teluknaga Persecuted Their Fellows To Lifeless

TANGERANG The case of the murder of a farmer in Teluknaga, Tangerang Regency was revealed. The perpetrator, on behalf of Baron (42), admitted that he was hurt by the victim, MS (74) because he was accused of stealing papaya, chilies and labu.

Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said the incident occurred on August 1, at 12.00 WIB.

"The perpetrator is a fellow land farmer who works in the village," said Zain in his statement, Tuesday, September 3.

MS is known to have died when his family looked for him because he had not returned at night. The victim's grandson looked for MS in the garden area. It turned out that when he was found, MS was in a pathetic condition, covered in blood and full of head injuries at 20.30 WIB. The family also reported the incident to the Teluknaga Police.

The results of the investigation, the police suspected Baron, because he was the last with the victim. After being questioned, Baron admitted his actions.

"Baron admitted to killing his friend, fellow farmers. The perpetrator felt hurt, because he was accused of stealing the victim's plant, such as papaya, chili and anchorage," he said.

Baron was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code or Article 351 paragraph 3 with a maximum imprisonment of 15 years.
