Russian Missile Attack Kills 41 People At Ukrainian Police
JAKARTA - Russian missile attacks killed 41 people and injured more than 180 others in the city of Poltava, Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said a series of Russian troops hit the city on Tuesday, September 3, with two ballistic missiles, destroying the Institute of Communications building.
Previously, Russia launched attacks on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv and a number of areas. These attacks sparked fires and damaged houses and infrastructure.
The Ukrainian air force destroyed 22 of the 35 missiles and 20 of the 23 unmanned attack aircraft. The air force lists several types of cruise and ballistic missiles used by Russia.
