JAKARTA - Russian missile attacks killed 41 people and injured more than 180 others in the city of Poltava, Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said a series of Russian troops hit the city on Tuesday, September 3, with two ballistic missiles, destroying the Institute of Communications building.
