Once Again, Heru Budi Urges Workers In Jakarta WFH During The September 5 Holy Mass
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government appealed to workers in the Thamrin area and its surroundings to work from home (WFH) during a grand mass with World Catholic Church Leader Pope Francis at Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Jakarta.
"So to avoid traffic jams in the community working around Thamrin, GBK, SCBD and its surroundings, we recommend working from home," said Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono at SDN Gunung 01 South Jakarta, Tuesday 3 September.
Heru said the appeal adjusted to the policies of each company considering the anticipation of higher traffic density on September 5, 2024.
It said the date was also held by other international activities, namely the "International Sustainability Forum" (ISF) at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) which was also attended by President Jokowi.
"The next thing is at 12.00 WIB until the afternoon is mass at GBK," he said.
