IDR 0 DP House Case, Corruption Eradication Commission Examines The Notary

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned two witnesses in the case of investigating land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Cipayung, the land to be used for Rp. 0 DP house.

Both are appraisal staff at the Public Appraisal office (KJPP) Wahyono Adi and Partners, Rafli Akbar Rafjasani, and a notary named Yurisca Lady Enggraeni.

"The investigation was carried out at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) office at Kuningan Persada Street Kavling 4, Setiabudi, South Jakarta," said Acting KPK spokesman for prosecution Ali Fikri in a written statement, Monday, March 29.

Not yet known the examination material of the two. However, these witnesses are suspected of knowing about the alleged corruption being investigated by the anti-corruption commission investigators.

Previously reported, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is currently investigating a corruption case related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta. This land will later be used to build houses with a down payment or DP Rp 0, which is a program of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.

Although it has not been announced, based on the summons for a witness, in this case, there are four suspects who have been named by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The first suspect is the Director of the Regional Public Company Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles, who has now been retired from his position.

In addition, the KPK also named two private parties Anja Runtuwene and Tommy Ardian as suspects. Not only that, the KPK also determined a corporation, namely PT Adonara Propertindo.

The four suspects are suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph 1 or Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes juncto Article 55 Paragraph 1-1 of the Criminal Code.
