Australian Caucasians Died In Bali After Collision Of Concrete Poles And Entering Trench

BULELENG - A male foreign national (WNA) from Australia named Thomas James Cossins (31) died in a traffic accident.

Head of Traffic for Buleleng Police, AKP Bachtiar Arifin, said that an Australian Caucasian accident occurred on Jalan Singaraja - Denpasar KM 15,000 AD, Sukasada District.

"The victim suffered a serious head injury and was pronounced dead at Parama Sidhi Singaraja Hospital," said AKP Bachtiar, Friday, August 30.

The victim at that time was riding a Kawasaki Ninja motorbike with the number plate DK 3669 FCR.

Chronologically, at that time the victim was traveling from the south to the north at high speed.

On the road cornering and descending, the victim could not control the vehicle and fell. The victim was dragged by the motorbike and hit a concrete pole dividing the road on the left side of the road.

"And entering the ditch on the left side of the road, with the position of the Kawasaki ninja motorcycle rider being crushed under the motorbike he was driving and causing a traffic jam," he said.
