Ahead Of Next Month's Launch In India, MG Windsor EV's Interior Revealed
JAKARTA - Ahead of its launch in India, the twin interior of the Wuling Cloud EV, MG Windsor EV, began to slowly reveal.
Quoting from the Indian Autocar page, Wednesday, August 28, the electric car, which will be sold on September 11, promises a large cabin with a focus on comfort.
In its latest teaser, MG Windsor EV is claimed to come with an infotainment screen measuring 15.6 inches, and if juxtaposed in Indonesia it means there are no changes, where the Wuling Cloud EV also comes with the same screen size.
Meanwhile, the screen can also control various car functions, which means the same as those in Indonesia. The VOI team had tried this car, and indeed on one screen a lot of information was presented, both decreasing the level of air conditioning to battery consumption.
Not only that, the screen is also connected to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and in India it is confirmed that it is connected to the JioSaavn application.
Meanwhile, on the steering wheel there are also a few buttons to help control the car. In addition, there is also a drive mode function on the left and the wiper on the right.
The second screen measuring 8.8 inches is placed behind the wheel for instrumentation tasks. Although this also appears to be borrowed from Comet, graphics, user interfaces, and fonts look different and easy to read, that's not the case with Comet EVs. The two-part dashboard features soft touch material at the top with rough wood and aluminum insertions around the air conditioning ventilation at the bottom.
