Brigadier General Mukti Juharsa Introduces Harvey Moeis To PT Timah: 'Please Help'
JAKARTA - Director of Narcotics Crime at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Mukti Juharsa, is said to be the party who introduced the defendant Harvey Moeis to representatives of PT Timah Tbk. In fact, asking Sandra's husband to be assisted in the tin problem.
The role of Mukti Juharsa was conveyed by Ali Samsuri as an employee of the BUMN PT Timah who was presented as a witness in the trial of the alleged corruption case in the management of tin commodity trading in the mining business permit (IUP) area of PT Timah Tbk for the 2015 to 2022 period.
"At that time, it was introduced by Mr. Dirkrimsus, Your Honor. So he invited me to eat, after that, 'Mr. Ali, these are our friends, maybe we will work together on the problem of equity. Ask for help' in the language of Mr. Dirkrimsus at that time," Ali said in a trial at the Jakarta Corruption Court, Monday, August 26.
It is known that Mukti Juharsa at that time was still the rank of Kombes and served at the Bangka Belitung Islands Police as Director of Special Criminal Investigation.
Mukti's request was conveyed when it started when Ali was invited to have lunch together at a restaurant in the Tanjung Tinggi area, around 2018.
The invitation was not directly from Mukti Juharsa, but through the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the East Belitung Police.
"He said that 'Pak Ali, Pa Dirkrimsus invited lunch at one of the lunches'. Invited to have lunch at one of the restaurants, I also forgot the name of the restaurant in Tanjung Tinggi," he said.
"So it was around 11 pm. I was in the field, I was in the mine with my members," continued Ali.

Arriving at the restaurant in question, Ali was immediately greeted by the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit. There, Mukti Juharsa and Harvey Moeis were already there along with several other people.
"When I came, I was greeted by Kasatreskrim in front of me. Right when I met Mr. Dirkrimsus and there were several other friends. What I remember at that time was because it was Harvey's most handsome," said Ali.
At that time, Ali was introduced to Harvey who represented PT RBT.
In the Timah corruption case, Harvey Moeis was charged with being involved in the alleged corruption in tin governance which caused a loss of Rp. 300 trillion.
In addition, Sandra Dewi's husband was also charged with money laundering (TPPU). Because, in the series of alleged corruption, Harvey Moeis received Rp420 billion.
Thus, in this case Harvey Moeis was charged with Article 2 paragraph (1) and Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of the Anti-Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code and Article 3 of 2010 concerning Money Laundering.
