Police Begin To Investigate Aaliyah Massaid's Report On Being Called Pregnant First

JAKARTA - Aaliyah Massaid reported several social media accounts on suspicion of defamation in the aftermath. Currently, the report is starting to be investigated. The report is known to be the aftermath of Aaliyah Massaid who was said to have been pregnant before marrying Tariq Halilintar.

"Investigators of the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya are conducting an investigation into the alleged criminal act that was reported," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak to VOI, Saturday, August 24.

The investigation steps were taken to find criminal elements in the Aaliyah Massaid report. If found, then, his status will go up to the investigation stage. Then, the police will carry out a deeper investigation to determine the suspect.

"The investigative team is conducting a series of investigative activities to find and find an incident suspected of being a criminal act, in order to determine whether or not an investigation can be carried out," said Ade. Aaliyah Massaid's report is registered with the number LP/B/4974/VIII/2024/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya.

In his report, Aaliyah explained that there were two Tiktok accounts and one YouTube that conveyed information that he was married to Tariq Halilintar because he was pregnant first In fact, until now Aaliyah is not pregnant. Thus, the information is wrong and has harmed his good name. Thus, the reported party is suspected of violating Article 27 A in conjunction with Article 45 (4) and/or Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 315 of the Criminal Code.
