As A Result Of Taylor Swift Who Was Terrorized, The Coldplay Concert In Vienna Was Guarded By Snipers

JAKARTA - Strict security was implemented when Coldplay appeared in a series of concerts titled Music of the Spheres World Tour which was held in Vienna, Austria starting Wednesday, August 21 local time.

The increase in security was implemented due to terror at Taylor Swift's previous concert in Vienna. This resulted in the 'Fortnight' singer canceling the show.

Meanwhile, security when Coldplay appeared in Vienna, was guarded by snipers who were already preparing at the Ernst-Happel Stadium.

Through social media X, fans uploaded how the snipers were prepared with their weapons.

"The snipers are on the roof of the stadium for Coldplay concerts, now I've really seen everything," wrote the account X @I_Ran_Away in the caption.

Police are prepared to avoid the possibility of what kind of threat happened when Taylor Swift was about to appear in the Austrian capital.

"Our job is to secure concerts as a whole, including the position on the roof," the Vienna police said, citing the Daily Mail.
