SU7 Ultra Is Confirmed To Launch The First Quarter Of 2025, CEO Of Xiaomi This Message
JAKARTA - The production version of the Xiaomi SU7 electric sedan, namely SU7 Ultra, is confirmed to launch in the first quarter of 2025 as revealed by Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun.
Quoting from the CNevpost page, Friday, August 23, Lei revealed that the production version that will be launched requires users to learn more to get to know more before driving this one car.
"Because the ultra-SUG Xiaomi has a speed of more than 350 km/h in testing on the Nurburgring track in Germany," he said.
Previously, on July 19, Xiaomi launched a prototype of this model, which was built based on the SU7 and Lei electric sedans, saying that Ultra versions were made for performance and track.
At the same time (the launch of the prototype), it is said that this one car will be powered by an electric motorcycle of V8 Xiaomi which can produce up to 1,548 hp. With this wild power, Xiaomi SU7 Ultra can accelerate 0-100 km/hour in just 1.97 seconds.
After that, on July 23, Lei also said that this one car will feature the same chassis structure, three electric motors, and batteries as the prototype version. Unfortunately, no price has been revealed but Lei ensures the price is not too expensive.
"The version of Xiaomi SU7 Ultra production will be a bit expensive, but not too expensive," he said.

As is known, Xiaomi currently offers SU7 in three variants ranging from the base which packs 73.6 kWh of batteries which can cover 700 km in CLTC calculations and is priced at 215,900 yuan or around Rp474 million. There is also a Pro variant that packs 94.3 kWh of batteries capable of traveling a distance of 830 km, which is priced at 245,900 yuan or the range of Rp540 million.
Finally, there is the highest variant or called MAX which is equipped with a 101 kWh battery which is able to cover a distance of up to 810 km per charge. This highest variant is at a price of 299,900 yuan (Rp. 658 million).
