JAKARTA Some Chromebook offers two functions in one device, namely as a tablet and computer. Usually, some devices with this function activate a virtual keyboard on the screen. While using Chromebooks in tablet mode, this device will immediately activate a virtual keyboard when the user wants to create an email, reply to a message, or open any text field that requires a keyboard. In some cases, a virtual keyboard can appear without being asked for, even while you are using Chromebooks in computer mode. Usually, this happens due to bugs in ChromeOS or other errors on the system. Disable Keyboard from Screen When your Chromebook displays virtual keyboards without being asked or desired, you can turn off or disable the keyboard.
