Budi Arie Calls Angga Raka Prabowo Inaugurated As Deputy Minister Of Communication And Information
Minister of Communication and Information (Menkominfo) Budi Arie Setiadi said Angga Raka Prabowo would be appointed deputy minister of communication and information (wamenkominfo) by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday 19 August 2024.
Angga Raka is a Gerindra Party politician who was once the head of the communication sector or the campaign media director of the Prabowo National Campaign Team (TKN) Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
"Angga Raka Prabowo," Budi Arie said via text message to reporters in Jakarta, Monday when asked about the figure who was appointed as Deputy Minister of Communication and Information, reported by ANTARA.
According to Budi Arie, the task of the Ministry of Communication and Information is currently very heavy so that with the appointment of Angga Raka as Deputy Minister of Communication and Information, various things can be completed quickly.
He explained a number of things that must be completed in a short time, namely the derivative and institutional rules for the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Act, accelerating the eradication of online/online gambling, improving the architecture and governance of national data as well as utilizing intelligence (AI) for public services.
