Prabowo-Gibran Free Nutrition Eating Program Creates Superior Human Resources For Indonesia Gold 2045

JAKARTA The free nutritious food program initiated by the President and Vice President Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka aims to improve the health and nutritional quality of Indonesian children.

"I believe this nutritious eating program is a continuation and strengthening of efforts to deal with stunting that have been carried out by President Joko Widodo and as an important step in building a healthy and strong next generation to create superior human resources towards Indonesia Gold 2045," said Member of the Advisory Council of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Melli Darsa to reporters, Tuesday, August 14.

He added that the free nutritious eating program had been tested on around 250 children at SD Negeri 2 Gunung Batu to get free nutritious food that had been carefully prepared.

The food menu served consists of milk, banana fruit, and meat bread.

All food distributed in this activity involves local MSMEs, thus contributing to the local economy.

"It is hoped that the nutritious food distribution program can be implemented broadly and sustainably, as part of efforts to create superior human resources for the better future of Indonesia," he said.

Health expert dr. Stephanie Wirdjowartani hopes that the free nutritious dining menu will be carefully prepared and meet balanced nutritional intake.

The food served contains carbohydrates, protein, fiber, and meets the daily nutritional needs of children. The sugar content in this food is also carefully considered, in line with the recommendations of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, "explained dr. Stephanie.
