2 Witnesses From KB Valbury Sekuritas Called By KPK Regarding Alleged Fictitious Investment Of PT Taspen
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) continues to investigate allegations of corruption in PT Taspen (Persero)'s fictitious investment that ensnared its inactive president director, A. NS. Kosasih. Two witnesses were examined today.
The two witnesses summoned were Head of Institutional KB Valbury Sekuritas Stephanus Adi Prasetyo and Abdul Rahman who also came from the company.
"The examination was carried out at the KPK's Red and White building on behalf of SAP and AR," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika to reporters in a written statement, Wednesday, August 14.
Tessa has not yet detailed the material for the examination of the two. However, witnesses who are summoned usually know the presumptuous practices that are being handled.

As previously reported, the KPK decided to increase the status of handling allegations of corruption at PT Taspen (Persero) from an investigation to an investigation. Antonius NS Kosasih who is the main director is inactive is a suspect in this case.
Kosasih has also been prevented from leaving the country for six months to facilitate the investigation of cases. This forced effort applies to Ekiawan Heri Primaryanto as President Director of Insight Investments Management.
PT Taspen is suspected of making fictitious investments of up to IDR 1 trillion in this case. It is suspected that the funds were diverted in a number of forms such as stocks to sukuk.
