Escorted By Israeli Police, 1,200 Yahui Residents Enter The Al Aqsa Mosque Complex To Perform The Talmud Ritual

JAKARTA - Jewish citizens flocked to the Al Aqsa Mosque Complex in Jerusalem occupied under Israeli police protection.

According to Jerusalem's Islamic Waqf, 1,200 Jewish citizens entered the mosque complex in groups, performing the Talmud ritual in its courtyard in an unprecedented raid operation, as thousands of people are expected to storm the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the morning and evening, as quoted from the Palestinian News Agency WAFA August 13.

At the same time, Israeli occupation forces blocked the entry of worshipers into the Al-Aqsa Mosque Courtyard, deploying large troops at its gates to facilitate the invasion of Jews to the Muslim holy site.

Along with the raid, Israeli police turned Jerusalem's Old City into a heavily fortified military zone.

Hundreds of officers were deployed around the gates of the mosque and throughout Kota Tua. Enhanced security measures. including strict control over access to worshipers.

Preparations are being made by groups affiliated with the so-called Temple Mount movement to commemorate what they refer to as "The Destruction of the Holy Bait."

Their plans include chains of humans around the walls of Kota Tua which are scheduled for Monday night, with events starting from the Buraq Wall and extending towards Kota Tua. This will be followed by flag-raising parades.

In addition, these groups called for a massive raid on the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Tuesday to commemorate the same event.
