For The Sake Of The Dead Love Series, Aliando Syarief Struggles To Weight 12 Kilograms
JAKARTA - Aliando Syarief is trusted to play in WeTV's latest series entitled Cinta Mati and plays Bara as a toxic man but is loved by Aleya very much.
"Here Aliando plays Bara, Bara is one of the antagonists in the dead love series, along with the protagonist, he is my prey. Bara is a dangerous guy to approach, or red flag, or toxic," said Aliando Syarief at the Hitmakers office, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Friday, August 9.
Aliando admitted that in this series he will contain a lot of action scenes so he is required to change some details of appearances such as a beard by director Danial Rifki.
"In this series there will also be action gore, it takes more effort, in the past I just squatted down, now it's difficult to get used to all kinds of backflips. Then I will see it now or not. But I basically can move more than before, if the backflip is later," he explained.
"My character is 22 years old, so I have to shave my beard, so that it matches the age of my character," he added.
In addition to crewok, Aliando was also asked to lose weight. For this series he managed to lose up to 12 kilograms of his weight for two months.
"Previously I was tired of weight and finally had to lose too, finally I met in this series and was asked to diet so I didn't take it down long," said Aliando Syarief.

"I've dropped a total of 12 kilograms, I didn't dig because my posture was easy, but yesterday it was eating and then it didn't get under control and went up," he continued.
Preparation for action scenes is also one of the things that helps Aliando to lose weight. He felt that his body shape was now the most ideal for Bara's role.
"Assisted by the preparation of action in this series, it becomes dry and can all exercise. So young and thin. I feel this is ideal, I feel that I can't squat anymore," he said.
