Police Have Arrested 4 Suspects Of Persecution Whose Victim's Body Was Found At The Sukabumi Shop Employee
JAKARTA - The Sukabumi City Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) Jatanras team managed to arrest four suspected perpetrators of the persecution to death against a young man whose body was found in an overhang of a shop on Jalan Cikiray, Sukabumi City, West Java on Sunday (4/8).
"Four suspects, we arrested them in three different locations and currently they are still being questioned by the Sukabumi City Police Satreskrim investigators," said Sukabumi City Police Chief AKBP Rita Suwadi as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, August 8.
The four suspects who were the perpetrators of the persecution to death were identified as Lutfi Fauzi Hadil (36), MJY (30), HS (33), JA (36) and ES (68).
From the confessions of the suspects, it turned out that the victim was not only abused in one location, but in two different locations. The chronology of this persecution began with JA, who was annoyed to invite his colleagues to look for victims.
Incidentally, on Saturday (3/8) night, JA and three other suspects found Lutfi in the vicinity of Supermall, Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani, Cikole District.
JA, who had been keeping his anger for a long time, immediately persecuted the victim, who was also followed by three other suspects.

Not satisfied, the victim, who was still conscious at that time, was taken by four suspects to an overhang of a shop on Jalan Cikiray. At that location, this 36-year-old young man was abused by the four suspects until he was unconscious and led to death.
On Sunday morning, residents who knew about the incident immediately contacted the Sukabumi City Police and Cikole Police.
At the location, the police had secured CCTV footage and statements from a number of witnesses.
"From the disclosure of this case, we secured a number of evidences in the form of a shirt, jacket, jeans, a pair of shoes, flash drives and a visum et recovery result," he added.
The suspects are threatened with imprisonment for 12 years according to the articles assigned to them, namely Article 170 paragraph (3) and / or Article 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code concerning persecution and beatings that result in a person's death.
