West Ham Signs A Dangerous Winger Contract As A Weapon In The Future Season
JAKARTA - West Ham United's movement in the transfer market this time is quite interesting. When reportedly one step away from signing Niclas F\"ullkrug, this London team will land a talented young winger.
It was Crysencio Summerville, a winger from Leeds whose transfer price was reported at 25 million pounds. The deal took place on Saturday, August 3 yesterday.
Summerville agreed on a five-year contract with the Hammers after becoming the best player in the Championship division last season.
The 22-year-old was Leeds' third-ranked top scorer last season, with 19 goals.
"Leeds United can confirm Cisencio Summerville today joins West Ham United with a permanent deal and an unannounced transfer value, once the clause is issued on his contract is activated," Leeds said in a statement.
"Crysencio is now leaving Elland Road to join Premier League club West Ham and we wish him all the best for his future," he added.
