Keep Session Of The 2024 Legislative Election Lawsuit, MK: Possibility Of Accelerating Inauguration

JAKARTA - The Constitutional Court (MK) is committed to hearing the application for the 2024 Pileg General Election Result Dispute (PHPU) case which has just been submitted effectively.

MK spokesman Enny Nurbaningsih said that his party had discussed the applications submitted to be immediately registered and recorded in the Electronic Constitutional Case Registration Book (e-BRPK).

After that, the marathon trial will be heard without violating the PHPU event law. It has been discussed about that time. It will be regulated as effectively as possible," said Enny via text message in Jakarta, Thursday, August 1, confiscated by Antara.

The constitutional judge explained that the Constitutional Court still accepted the petition submitted because in principle the court should not reject the case.

The request, he added, would be decided as the case entered the Constitutional Court and immediately brought to the panel of judges (RPH).

"It is very likely to be accelerated, so it does not hinder the inauguration (legislative members)," said Enny.
