Many Become Victims, Kominfo Collaborates With Indonesian Mothers To Eradicate Online Gambling
JAKARTA - Minister of Communication and Information Budi Arie Setiadi officially cooperates with the community of mothers and women from the Creativity of Advanced Indonesian Women in eradicating online gambling in Indonesia.
During the meeting, Restianti as Chair of the Indonesian Advanced Women's Creativity community declared a petition related to eradicating illegal online loan gambling activities that are rife in the community.
"On behalf of Kreativitas Perempuan Indonesia Maju, we express anger and urge eradication of illegal online gambling practices and loans," said Restianti loudly in front of the Minister of Communication and Information.
This pressure was made because he saw the impact of online gambling which was considered detrimental to the majority of people who came from the middle and lower economies, and also destroyed people's lives.
The Minister of Communication and Information also warmly welcomed the enthusiasm of mothers who were present at the Kominfo office on Thursday, August 1, who were compact wearing light blue clothes. Considering that according to Budi, mothers and children are the victims who are the most disadvantaged in online gambling practices and illegal online loans.
