15 Years Of Marriage, Nisya Ahmad Releases Divorce Lawsuit To Andika Rosadi

JAKARTA - Raffi Ahmad's younger brother, Annisa Saadiyah Ifat alias Nisya Ahmad, filed a divorce suit from her husband, Andika Rosadi. This was confirmed directly by the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah.

This lawsuit was registered online by Nisya Ahmad's attorney on May 10.

"It is true that the person concerned (Nisya Ahmad) has registered his case in the image of the South Jakarta Religious Court, on May 10, 2024. At his inaugural trial on May 30, 2024," said Taslimah, quoted by VOI from YouTube LK Media, Wednesday, July 31.

"The name e-court uses a legal representative to become a lawyer who registered at the South Jakarta Religious Court," he added.

Taslimah explained that in her lawsuit, Nisya Ahmad did not file a lawsuit for child custody and Gono's property. He only asked that his divorce application be granted.

"Nothing, nothing (child custody and property) that's all," explained Taslimah.

Furthermore, he said that previously Nisya and Andika had undergone online mediation, but because the trial was still ongoing, mediation was said to have failed.

"Because this (trial) exists, it continues, it means (mediation) failed," said Taslimah.

Currently, Nisya and Andika's divorce trial has reached the evidentiary agenda where both are required to attend. "For example, witnesses or family statements will later have confirmation to the parties because they need or are required to confirm or require confirmation, so the parties concerned or the principal are expected to be required to attend before the trial," explained Taslimah.

Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi married in 2009. In this marriage, Nisya and Andika were blessed with three children.
