KPK Summons Semarang Gapensi Chair Martono Regarding Allegations Of Corruption That Dragged The Mayor Of Mbak Ita
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled the examination of 11 witnesses related to allegations of corruption at the Semarang City Government (Pemkot), Central Java today, Wednesday, July 31. One of them is Martono, who is the Chairman of the Association of Indonesian National Construction Implementers (Gappensi) of Semarang City.
"The examination was carried out at the KPK's Red and White Building on behalf of the following MTN, Director of PT Chimander777 and PT Rama Sukses Mandiri and Chairman of the Semarang Gapensi," said KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardika to reporters in a written statement, Wednesday, July 31.
Martono was summoned as a witness with the President Director of PT Deka Sari Perkasa P. Rachmat Utama Djangkar. However, Tessa has not detailed what will be explored from the two.
Meanwhile, Martono and Rachmat, based on information circulating, are included in the list of four people who were prevented from leaving the country in this case. Meanwhile, the other two are Hevearita Gunaryanti Rahayu who is the Mayor of Semarang with her husband, Arwin Basri.
In addition, investigators also scheduled the examination of nine other witnesses in Semarang City. They are Agung Wido Catur Utomo (AWCU) who is the Head of Sub-Division for Determination of the Semarang City Bapenda Service and Determination; Head of Civil Registration Service Sisdukcapil Semarang City Endang Sri Rezeki (ESR); and Assistant Inspector III Semarang City Mukhamad Zaenudin (MZ).
Then also called the Head of the Household Division of the Semarang City Secretariat Rian Putrowijoyo (RP); Eko Yuniarto (EY) and Moeljanto (MJT) as civil servants (PNS); Romadhon (RMD) alias Gendhon who is the person in charge of CV Merapi; and Deputy Secretary of the Semarang City Gapensi Siswoyo (SWY) who is also the Director of CV Dua Putra.
"The examination was carried out at the Sultan Agung Street Police Academy Number 131, Semarang City, Central Java," said Tessa.

Previously reported, the KPK announced the start of the investigation of three alleged corruption crimes within the Semarang City Government (Pemkot). The details are the procurement of goods and services within the Semarang City Government in 2023-2024, the alleged extortion of civil servants related to incentives for collecting taxes and levies in the Semarang City area, as well as the alleged receipt of gratuities in 2023-2024.
Searches have been carried out in various locations such as in the cities of Semarang, Kudus, Salatiga, and others. From there, documents up to Rp1 billion and 9,650 euros were found as well as dozens of watches allegedly related to the case.
