Kemendikbudristek Supports KPK Inspect Allegations Of Fraud New Student Admissions
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) has confirmed that it will support the investigation of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) regarding allegations of fraud in New Student Admissions (PMB). Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology (Dirjen Dikti-Ristek) Kemendikbudristek Abdul Haris conveyed that the statement of commitment after the KPK conducted a surprise inspection (sidak) in the higher education environment in order to maintain transparency and integrity of his party. For information, the KPK investigated four places in the higher education environment, namely the Education Testing Management Center (BPPP) and the Curriculum Standards Agency and the Education Assessment (BSKAP) of the Ministry of Education and Culture, as well as two universities in the Central Java (Central Java) region.
