JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono said the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency found that there were document falsifications committed by unscrupulous Microtrans operators who violated the partner agreement with PT Transjakarta.Not wanting to remain silent, Heru admitted that he would report the person to the police for legal processing."There have been several reports to me that there are falsification of documents. Later I will report them to the police," said Heru in Cideng District, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, July 30.So far Transjakarta has followed up on the findings of the violation. The Jak Lingko fleet, which was found to have fake documents, has been stopped operating."Several operators who falsify documents are dealt with firmly by Transjakarta by stopping their operations, because they are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations," said Heru.Meanwhile, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, said that the documents falsified by individual partner operators were surveillance cards.The supervision card must be owned in each angkot fleet that joins the Jak Lingko system because it is one of the requirements for operating permits to be met."Several operators are indicated that they do not manage surveillance cards. So the supervision card is attached to every vehicle and the transportation permit is attached to the company. Well, this surveillance card is falsified," said Syafrin."So, the supervision permit should be only 5 vehicles in a contract with Transjakarta. Because they want 20 (armada) quickly, the 5 really have a surveillance card, while 15 are faked," he added.It was recorded that there were 160 units of fleet whose surveillance cards were faked. When caught, the perpetrators of counterfeiting this surveillance card have apologized to the DKI Provincial Government and Transjakarta.
"Of course they will follow up or with a minimum required document must be fulfilled in carrying out contracts with Transjakarta friends," added Syafrin.
