Juventus Receives Task From Kaesang To Become A Candidate For Sikka Regent
JAKARTA - PSI Juventus youth cadre Yoris Prima Kago said he was proud to receive an assignment from PSI Chairman Kaesang Pangarep to advance Sikka Regency, NTT by becoming a candidate for Sikka regent in the 2024 Pilkada.
"Mas Kaesang emphasizes that we must not carry out corrupt, collusion and nepotism practices, and most importantly synergize to carry out central government programs," said Juventus after receiving a letter of recommendation to become a candidate for regent from Kaesang at the Gaskan Minisoccer Arena, North Jakarta, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, July 29.
As one of PSI's young cadres, he admitted that he received various messages from Kaesang that had to be carried out when he was elected as the Regent of Sikka.
According to the 33-year-old man, the participation of young people in his region in the world of politics is minimal.
He hopes that his presence in the political arena can encourage local sons to enter politics in order to advance their regions.
Until now, Juventus admitted that he was communicating with several parties in his area such as Golkar and PKS to build a coalition.
Not only that, but his party is also considering several names to be named as candidates for deputy regent of Sikka to accompany him.
"I need to choose a partner who really has a relationship, has the same vision so that in the future I can carry out my duties to advance Sikka Regency so that it can be better," he said.
