Regarding The Surabaya District Court Judge's Free Verdict Ronald Tannur, Commission III Of The DPR Suspects There Is A 'Pengki Pengki'

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of Commission III of the DPR, Ahmad Sahroni asked the Dini family of Sera Afrianti, the victim of the persecution case to death with perpetrator Gregorius Ronald Tannur, to make a report to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Sahroni suspects that there is an indication of bribery against the Surabaya District Court judge (PN) who acquitted Ronald Tannur on the pretext of not having enough convincing evidence for the murder case against Dini. "It is suspected that there was a 'professsor' what was decided by the judge. It is suspected that there was a 'penor'. It is strange that the treatment carried out by the defendant continued that the judge said oh this died of alcohol," said Sahroni in an audience meeting at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, July 29. Responding to Sahroni, the attorney of the victim's family, Dimas Yemahuru Alfarauq said, his party had made an analysis to be reported to the KPK. Currently, his party has just made a complaint to the Judicial Commission (KY), the Supreme Court (MA) and the DPR to seek justice for the Dini case. "It's been in the father's process, we have gone to KY then to the Supreme Court's supervisory agency, which to the KPK we are currently making an analysis, we will report it immediately," said Dimas.
