French Sports Minister Talks Brain Sabotage Of Railways Ahead Of The Olympics, From Demonstrators To Russia

JAKARTA - French Sports Minister Amelie Oudea-Cistera opened all possibilities regarding the mastermind of burning the high-speed rail line in her country ahead of the opening of the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Oudea-Castera did not rule out the possibility of Russia interfering in the'sabotage' of the French high-speed rail line which temporarily suspended the operation of the mode of transportation.

"I can't say it right now. Maybe?" Oudea-Cistera said in response to a Sky News broadcaster's question, quoted from74k, Friday, July 26.

"It can also be done by protesters, even French citizens," he continued.

The burning of the high-speed rail occurred at strategic points in France on Thursday, July 26 evening or Friday 26 July WIB.

At least three fires were reported near the French high-speed rails, Atlantique, Nord, and Est.

The railway lines in western, northern, and eastern France are also targeted.

French high-speed rail travel routes to neighboring Belgium and London under the British Strait have also been affected.

Metro UK reported that the sabotage of the French high-speed train had an impact on thousands of people from England who would travel to Paris by train today to enliven the opening of the Olympics.
