Summoned By The KPK Regarding Alleged Rp. 0 DP House Corruption, Boss Of PT. Adonara Propertindo Asks For A Reschedule
JAKARTA - Deputy Director of PT. Adonara Propertindo, Anja Runtuwene has canceled his examination as a witness. The plan is for him to be investigated in connection with allegations of corruption in land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Cipayung, East Jakarta.
Acting Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) spokesperson for prosecution Ali Fikri said Anja was canceled after he sent a letter to Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigators asking for a reschedule.
Based on the letter sent, Anjar asked for a reschedule on Tuesday, March 23.
"The information we received, PT. Adonara Propertindo Deputy Director Anja Rutuwene sent a written letter to the KPK investigating team for a re-examination schedule," Ali said in a written statement to journalists, Monday, March 22.
Furthermore, Ali reminded Anja to be cooperative and fulfill the summons.
"The KPK appealed and reminded those concerned to be cooperative in attending according to the predetermined schedule," he said.

Previously reported, Anja would be examined as a witness. However, it is not yet known about the matter of this examination of the private sector.
The KPK is currently investigating a corruption case related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta. This land will later be used to build houses with a down payment or DP Rp. 0, which is a program of Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.
Although it has not been announced, based on the summons for a witness, in this case, there are four suspects who have been named by the KPK. The first suspect is the Director of the Regional Public Company Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles, who has now been retired from his position.
In addition, the KPK also named two private parties Anja Runtuwene and Tommy Ardian as suspects. Not only that, but the anti-graft commission also established a corporation, namely PT. Adonara Propertindo.
