Quoting The Sun, Thursday, July 25, the passenger of Ryanair was found to have fainted.

The clerk and police who handled the situation later stated that the grandfather had died.

Police said the grandfather died of natural causes in the departure area of Reus Airport.

However, an autopsy to determine the cause of his grandfather's death on Monday night will still be carried out in the near future.

Local media said the unnamed grandfather was in Spain in connection with health care at a hospital in Tarragona.

This is not the first time a passenger has died at Reus Airport.
