Edward Akbar Has Sent Talak 3 To KimberlyRIDer, A Chance To Referr To Tipis

JAKARTA - The first divorce trial for the couple Kimberly Border and Edward Akbar was held today, Wednesday, July 24 at the Central Jakarta Religious Court (PA). In this trial, both Edward and Kimberly were seen as compactly present to carry out their first mediation.

But unfortunately, the mediation was decided to be postponed because Edward had not yet received a lawsuit from the Court.

"Regarding the results of the mediation today, Mr. Edward and Mrs. Kim did mediate, but today's mediation cannot be continued, it will continue on August 7, 2024," said Justirtha Hadiwinata, Edward Akbar's attorney at PA Central Jakarta, Wednesday, July 24.

"Because until today our attorney from the defendant has not found a copy of this lawsuit from the plaintiff, therefore we still need to study before the mediation stage, we must know what is in it," he added.

Seeing this, Kimberly Ryder said that before he filed for divorce, Edward Akbar had dropped 3 divorces on him.

"Actually, it's already rejected 3, so it can't be reconciled anymore but it's back again depending on the judge's decision later," explained Kimberly Border.

This 3 divorce itself was handed down to Kimberly by Edward several months ago. "Yes, it's been a few months ago," he added.

In addition to dropping the 3rd divorce, Kimberly and Edward admitted that they had not lived together since a few months ago. "It's been a few months since living together," added KimberlyRIDer's attorney, Machi Ahmad.
