Erick Thohir Appoints Fauzi Baradilla And Budi Djatmiko As Independent Commissioners Of Pos Indonesia
JAKARTA - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) appointed Fauzi Baradilla, Deputy Golf Commander for the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) in the 2024 presidential election, and Muhammad Budi Djatmiko as Independent Commissioner of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) or PosIND.
Corporate Secretary and Environmental, Social and Governance Tata Sugiarta said, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the 2023 Fiscal Year, the ministry also confirmed the dismissal of Guntur Iman Nofianto on April 1, 2024. This dismissal was determined in connection with the end of his term of office at the PosIND.
"We congratulate the Council of Independent Commissioners on being elected, hopefully it can bring progress to PosIND. To the commissioners who have reached the end of our term of office, we also thank the contribution that has been made to the company," Tata said quoting Antara.
Thus, the current composition of commissioners and directors are President Commissioner Rhenald Kasali and other commissioners Gunawan Hutagalung, I Gde Made Kartikajaya, Robben Rico, Muhammad Budi Djatmiko, and Fauzi Baradilla.
Then the board of directors is Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi, Director of Finance and Risk Management Endy Pattia Rahmadi Abdurrahman, Director of Courier and Logistics Business Tonggo Marbun, Director of Operations and Digital Services Hariadi, Director of Financial Services Business Haris, Director of Human Capital Management Asih Kurniasari Komar, and Director of Business Development and Portfolio Management Prasabri Petti.
The GMS also ratified the Financial Report of the 2023 Financial Year Post. Here, PosIND again recorded a new record of the company's highest net profit of IDR 728 billion.
