A Resident Of South Sulawesi Was Found Dead In A Rice Field In Temanggung Central Java

JAKARTA - A resident of Lakawan Village, Anggeraja, Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi Muh Ismail Daud Aldi (50) was found dead in a rice field in Ngadisari Hamlet, Gondosuli Village, Bulu, Temanggung Regency, Central Java, Saturday.

A resident of Gondosuli Paryoto Village, in Temanggung, Saturday, said that the body was first found by Gino (60) who returned from the fields at around 08.30 WIB.

After seeing the corpse, he then conveyed it to other residents, including Triyanto and Slamet Riyanto who were officials of Gondosuli Village.

The findings were then reported to the police.

When found, the victim was in a prone position, wearing only pants and shirtless.

At that location, a bag was found that was still attached to the victim's body.

According to information, the victim came to Temangggung to do onion business, and while in Temanggung, he stayed at a resident's house.

On Friday, March 19, the victim was found to have left the house where he was staying for some business and was later found dead on Saturday morning.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Temanggung Police, AKP Setyo Hermawan, said that the Temanggung Police Inavis Team who came to the location immediately examined the victim's body and conducted an investigation of the scene.

"The bodies were evacuated at around 11.30 WIB and taken to the Temanggung Regional Hospital for post-mortem", he said.
