Iptu Rudiana Eky's Father Reported About Allegations Of Persecution To The Criminal Investigation Department

JAKARTA - The family of the convict in the Vina Cirebon case, Hadi Saputra, officially reported Iptu Rudiana to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. There are several alleged criminal offenses reported, one of which is persecution.

"Today we have made a report against Rudiana that has been completed and this is the report, the proof of receipt of the report has been received," said the attorney for the family of the convict Hadi Saputra, Jutek Bongso to reporters, Wednesday, July 17.

The report is registered with the number LP/B/235/VII/2024/SPKT/BARESKRIM dated July 17, 2024.

In the report, there were several criminal offenses allegedly committed by Iptu Rudiana, one of which was an alleged abuse.

The alleged criminal offense was committed by Rudiana when he was still in the rank of Aiptu and served in the Cirebon Police Narcotics Crime Unit.

"The articles that we report are (Article) 422, Article 351 Paragraph (2), Article 333 Paragraph (1), Article 335 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code, Article 242 Paragraph (2), among which we will let the investigators decide," said Jutek.

A series of crimes allegedly occurred when investigating the case of the death of his son, Eky.

"(Investigation) It was carried out on its own even in the testimony of its members that we read in the BAP and even issued his own sprindik to carry out investigations," said Jutek.

Then referring to the testimony of witnesses, Rudiana is said to have secured the convicts. At that time, the act of persecution took place
