Lapor Kasus Pencabulan, Perempuan Di Belitung Malah Dicabuli Polisi
TANJUNG PADANG - A police officer in Belitung Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands, was named a suspect in the alleged immoral case against a minor.
"The Belitung Police Satreskrim has succeeded in uncovering one person who is suspected of committing an immoral act against a child that occurred in the Belitung Police jurisdiction," said KBO Satreskrim Polres Belitung, Ipda Wahyu Nugroho as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, July 17.
According to him, the alleged perpetrator of the crime against a minor was carried out by a member of the National Police with the initials, Brigpol AK.
Ipda Wahyu Nugroho said that the alleged criminal act against a minor occurred at the Tanjung Pandan Police Headquarters on Wednesday (15/5) at around 20.30 WIB.
He explained that the chronology of the incident began when the victim said that Bunga and his two colleagues came to the Tanjung Pandan Police Headquarters to report the alleged incident of a sexual crime that he experienced while in an orphanage with the reported party named Beni.
"Arriving at the Tanjung Pandan Police, the victim met the perpetrator and was ordered to enter one of the rooms at the Tanjung Pandan Police," he said.
After being asked by the perpetrator about the incident experienced by the victim, it did not take long for the victim to be invited by the perpetrator to change rooms, when entering the room the door was locked from the inside.
"While the two friends of the victim were waiting in another room, briefly the story in the room was suspected of committing sexual abuse," he said.

According to Ipda Wahyu Nugroho, after carrying out the action, the perpetrator asked the victim not to tell other people about the incident.
"After that the victim came out of the room and ordered them to return to an orphanage. For this incident the victim was afraid and traumatized so that the reporter as the Head of the National Commission for Child Protection for the Bangka Belitung Islands Province reported this incident to the Belitung Police SPKT," he said.
The evidence that was successfully secured by the police included the results of "visum et repertum", one strand of black cargo trousers, and one pink flip-flop.
As a result of this act, the perpetrator was charged with Article 82 Paragraph (1) of Law (UU) Number 17 of 2016 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection Juncto Article 76 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection with the threat of 15 years in prison and or Article 6 C of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Sexual Violence with a maximum threat of imprisonment for a maximum of 12 years.
"Currently, the perpetrators have been named as suspects starting on Tuesday (16/7) yesterday and detention has also been carried out," he said.
