Defendant Of One Family Murder In Muba, South Sumatra Sentenced To Death
PALEMBANG - The Panel of Judges at the District Court (PN) Musi Banyuasin (Muba), South Sumatra sentenced Eeg Plaza to death, a defendant in the murder of a family.
"The defendant Eeg Plaza has been sentenced to death," said Chief Justice Silvi Ariani during a verdict hearing at the Muba District Court as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, July 17.
In the results of the verdict read out in front of the Public Prosecutor's Office, Muba Armein Ramdhani and the defendant Eeg Plaza, the panel of judges assessed that the defendant's actions were proven to have violated the crime in Article 340 jo. 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code according to Primair's indictment.
According to the judge, there was nothing to relieve the defendant, while the aggravating thing the judge considered that the defendant's actions had killed a family.

After reading the verdict, the judge questioned the defendant and the public prosecutor's response regarding the verdict.
"After reading this decision, you have the right to accept or think or immediately hand over to the PH," asked the judge.
Hearing questions from the panel of judges, the defendant took a stance with a thought. The prosecutor also expressed his thoughts on the decision.
