Fooled By Acquaintances At Michat, Teenagers In Kediri Were Arrested And Then Forced By Men

KEDIRI - A teenager from Central Java who lives in Pare District, Kediri Regency, East Java, was deceived while looking for women's acquaintances through the Michat application. The victim with the initials RP (17 years old) was deceived by the figure of the perpetrator Raymond Peter Pane (29) who disguised himself as a woman on the Michat application.

The perpetrator arrested the victim using handcuffs. Not only being held captive, the perpetrator was also forced by the victim with obscene acts.

Kasatreskrim Kediri Police AKP Fauzy Pratama said the forced incident occurred, on Friday, July 12 yesterday.

"So the victim felt cheated by the perpetrator after committing the incident (obscenity)," Fauzy said in his statement, Wednesday, July 17.

Fauzy explained, a week before the incident the victim and the perpetrator met from the Michat application. The perpetrator on behalf of Ajeng and sent a picture of a sexy woman as an attempt to invite the victim to meet. The perpetrator, who claimed to be Ajeng's friend, picked up the victim on Friday.

Without suspicion, the victim was then taken to the perpetrator's house until he met and was invited into a room. However, at that time the victim was still not aware that the perpetrator was a man.

The perpetrator disguised himself with a woman's outfit and fake hair. The victim was then invited to have sex and only realized that the perpetrator was a man.

The victim, who was shocked and then asked to go home, received threats with scissors. Even the two hands of the victim were handcuffed until they were forced for about 5 hours.

"In the condition of one hand being handcuffed, the victim tried to contact his family via cellphone and the family reported it to the police," explained Fauzy.

After receiving the report, the officers immediately arrested the perpetrator Raymond Peter Pane. In addition to arresting the perpetrators, the officers also secured a number of evidences used when carrying out their actions.

The evidence that the officers secured, namely cell phones, yellow negligees, fake hair, motorcycles, handcuffs along with keys, scissors, and a number of contraceptives. "The perpetrator was charged with Article 82 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 76 E of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection," he concluded.
