JAKARTA - On Thursday 18 July, Htech will launch Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro in India. Based on a press release from the company, the 200 series to be launched in India is likely the same device as the one introduced in China in May this year. Ahead of launches in India, the company has confirmed some key specifications of the Honor 200 series.
Honor 200 Pro
In a market dominated by lithium batteries, the Honor 200 series will be equipped with silicon-based anode battery technology. This technology uses distributed Li+ transmission to increase the power density by 6% and accelerate the charging rate.
The company added that Micro-Tersonal Guide Laser Technology further enhances the fast charging capability of the Honor 200 series without compromising power density. Htech claims to have tested these batteries under extreme conditions to ensure safety and a long life.

The Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro are equipped with a silicon-carbon battery with a capacity of 5,200mAh. The Pro variant offers 100W charging, which promises full charging in 41 minutes. In addition, this device also supports 66W wireless charging. To maintain optimal performance, the Honor 200 Pro includes a stainless steel vapor chamber with an area of 36,881mm2.
Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro, each will be powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipsets and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. The Pro model is also equipped with an RF Honor C1 upgrade chipset for superior telecommunications and internet connectivity. The 200 series will have up to 12 GB of RAM and storage up to 512 GB, as well as MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14. These two devices will be sold via Amazon in India.
