KPK Investigate Purchase And Payment Of Rorotan Land Ends In Corruption
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined three witnesses in the corruption case of land acquisition in Rorotan, North Jakarta today, Tuesday, July 16. They were questioned about the purchase and payment of land which led to a presumptuous practice.
KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika detailed that the four witnesses were Junior Manager of the Sub Division of Land for Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, I Gede Aldi Pradana; Senior Manager of the Financial and Accounting Division of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Mohamad Wahyudi Hidayat; and Manager of Planning and Development Unit, Slamet Riyanto.
"All investigators' confirmations are present," said Tessa in a written statement, Wednesday, July 17.
Tessa said investigators explored various things from the three witnesses, including the matter of land acquisition. "Examined regarding the process of buying and paying land in Rorotan," said a spokesman with an investigator background.
Previously reported, the KPK is currently investigating allegations of land acquisition for the 0 rupiah DP house in Rorotan, North Jakarta. It is suspected that there has been a state loss because the perpetrators took profit from differences in sales prices.
"Then I conveyed the procurement in Rorotan of around 400, Rp400 billion," said KPK Director of Investigation Asep Guntur Rahayu to reporters at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, quoted on Wednesday, June 26.
Asep said there was a price difference in efforts to purchase land in this case. However, he has not detailed further the mode used by the suspects.

He also closed the question of the suspects who were caught in this case. "This is a difference, yes, the difference from the price of the person, given by the buyer to the broker at the initial price," he said.
"So the broker buys it to the original land owner," continued Asep.
