JAKARTA - The police said that MRR, a victim of confinement in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, was asked to sell a block to pay off debts. In fact, ordered to eat stones.

In addition, MRR also admitted that he received threats while being held captive by the perpetrators. Starting from the threat of murder to being asked to sell his kidney.

"The victim also said that he had been asked to sell the kidney. Then, the proceeds from the sale were asked to pay the victim's debt," he said.
With this confession, the police also investigated the threats and torture behind the confinement case.
However, the results of the interim investigation have not been detailed, including the evidence obtained regarding the allegation.
"This is a case that is being investigated by our colleagues at the East Jakarta Metro Police, which is the alleged theft of violence under Article 365 of the Criminal Code, then Article 333 of the Criminal Code for the confinement or confiscation of independence, as well as allegations of persecution and alleged violence together in public or beatings," said Ade.
