Lubis assessed that the absence of incumbent governors and strong national figures such as NasDem politician Rachmad Gobel made any candidate have the opportunity to increase his electability.
"Moreover, until now there has been no official statement from Rachmat Gobel whether to participate in the 2024 Gorontalo gubernatorial election or not. So, the electability rate has the opportunity for Tonny Uloli as a former deputy governor of Gorontalo from other candidates for governor," he said.
The LKPI survey was conducted in the period 26 June-6 July 2024 with a sample of 1,200 respondents with a survey error tolerance limit of +/- 2.83 percent, at a 95 percent confidence level.
This survey took selected samples in 5 regencies and 1 city in Gorontalo with the data collection process carried out through face-to-face interviews using structured questionnaires.
