The Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which was released in February this year, has received a lot of praise from reviewers and users thanks to its extraordinary photography capabilities. This phone has succeeded in stunning many parties with its high image quality.

However, just months since the launch of the 14 Ultra, a leak has emerged regarding the Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone that will arrive next year. Xiaomi has been working on the Xiaomi 15 Series for a long time, and is scheduled to release Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro early in October, while Xiaomi 15 Ultra will debut in the first quarter of 2025.

According to a well-known Chinese blogger, Digital Chat Station, the initial Xiaomi 15 Ultra prototype showed a significant increase in telephoto cameras and super periscopes. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will also be equipped with a quad camera system that includes a 1-inch main sensor, an ultra-wide camera, and a telephoto-perscope camera. All of these cameras will be developed along with Leica. The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and will run HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15.

Leaks previously also revealed that Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be launched on global markets, including India, and even Indonesia. The device has been listed on the IMEI database, indicating the potential for a global launch next year. The phone is expected to be introduced to the MWC 2025 at Barcelona.

With various improvements in telephoto and periscope cameras, Xiaomi 15 Ultra is expected to be able to set new standards in smartphone photography. Technological enthusiasts are certainly looking forward to the official launch of this phone in the first quarter of 2025.
