AHY Needs Budget Support To Achieve The Target Of PTSL 120 Million For Land
SEMARANG - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono said that it is necessary to add a budget to achieve the Complete Systematic Land Registration target (PTSL), which is the registration of 120 million plots of land."To achieve that target, we actually need additional budget, budget support," said AHY when met at the Central Java Governor's Office, Semarang, Central Java, Antara, Friday, July 12.AHY said that he had submitted a request for an increase in the budget to the ranks of the Ministry of Finance.“ Posisinya, Menteri Keuangan dan jajaran Kementerian Keuangan juga memahami dan ingin memberi dukungan,” kata AHY.However, he continued, there are a number of processes that must be passed to provide additional budget."We hope that with the additional budget, hopefully it can help us significantly to complete PTSL's targets," AHY said.It is noted that the PTSL program has been able to register 114.8 million plots of land and has generated an increase in economic value sourced from Income Tax (PPh), Land and Building Rights Obtainment Fee (BPHTB), Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), and Responsibility Value (HT).The increase in economic value from land registration activities in 2023 reached more than IDR 100 trillion and in July 2024 it has reached IDR 46.39 trillion.Quoted from the official website of the DPR RI, Commission II of the DPR RI supports the Ministry of ATR/BPN to obtain an additional budget of IDR 675.89 billion sourced from the 2023 PNBP revenue which will be allocated for PTSL, RDTR activities, preparation of 104 complete districts/cities, and digital transformation.
Commission II asked the Indonesian Ministry of ATR/BPN not only to pursue targets in the future but also to pay attention and maintain that overlapping land registrations do not occur that can cause conflicts and land disputes in the future.
