Ahead Of The Launch On GIIAS, GWM Calls Haval Jolion HEV Has This Advantage
JAKARTA - The 2024 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) will start in a matter of days. Several automotive manufacturers in Indonesia are preparing to welcome this grand event, one of which is Great Wall Motor (GWM).
After his debut in the country in the last year edition, the automotive manufacturer from China plans to officially launch the Jolion HEV as the first locally assembled vehicle by the brand. However, other things offered are not only that.
GWM Indonesia Marketing Director Hari Arifianto, said that this SUV has a number of added value, one of which has received a high safety rating from the Australation of the New Car Assetment Program (ANCAP).
"There are two things from Jolion, the first is the safety factor by getting a five-star ANCAP rating as well as strengthening our commitment to safety," Hari said during a media conference session in the Sudirman area, Jakarta, Wednesday, July 10.
Then, he added that the model adopted a hybrid system that is now in demand by the Indonesian market.
"As well as the hybrid presented by Jolion which is the leading technology of GWM," added Hari.
Hari also explained that his party not only introduced Jolion AV, but also displayed a display of Ora 03 with a special color pattern that describes the audience's target of the electric car
"We will also collaborate with Indonesian artists/seniman on how to describe the target audience of the Ora 03 model at GIIAS," said Hari.

In design, this Jolion HEV is not much different from Haval H6, which comes with a modern shape, especially having a futuristic front grip and some firm curves that make it look attractive.
Regarding the heart of the runway, Haval Jolion HEV is equipped with 1,500 cc turbo gasoline engines powered by 156 dk accompanied by an electric motorcycle DHT115 BorgWarner permanent magnet synchronous which has 156 dk of power.
In addition, its performance is supported by the advanced transmission system Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (DHT) and lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of 1.6 kWh.
Along with Jolion AV, the Ora 03 model itself was also introduced on last year's GIIAS stage as a GWM electric vehicle (EV).
GWM Ora 03 or Ora Good Cat carries a five-door hatchback style with one front-driven electric motor that produces 143 dk of power and 230 Nm of torque. The battery with a capacity of 47.8 kWh lithium-ion is capable of carrying this car up to 400 km.
