Russia Claims Its Attack Reaches Ukraine Air Base Target
JAKARTA - Russia's Ministry of Defense said its troops carried out attacks on targets of the defense industry and aviation bases in Ukraine. A missile sequence killed 29 people and hit a child's hospital.
