Zulhas Inter-Eports Bantul MSME Craft Products To Spain
JAKARTA - Indonesian Trade Minister Zulkifli Hasan released the export of decoration products from one of the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region to Spain.
"This post is worth 7,000 US dollars, even this company has been exporting since January to June with a value of 245,000 US dollars," the Trade Minister quoted Antara as saying.
He said that even Deddy Effendi's homedecor company had previously exported its products to Chile, so the government would continue to encourage export value to continue to be increased.
"Pak Deddy has arrived in Chile, imagine that until Chile has exports, we must continue to support this, so that our exports continue to increase, continue to rise, continue to surplus, and exports this month continue to increase well," he said.
The Trade Minister also said that the government continues to support efforts to expand trade from traditional markets, as well as to non-traditional markets, for example to ASEAN countries.

Meanwhile, the owner of the Palem Craft Yogyakarta MSME, Deddy Effendi, said that the company is currently conducting an export process to Spain, but previously it had exported to other countries such as Turkey, Belgium, France, Greece and others.
"And several countries in ASEAN, Philippines, Thailand, and South Korea. And it can be said that the handicraft products we export are like lights, mirrors and decorations," he said.
